Ivanhoe manufactures foam control agents for all types of food and food processing applications and offers a range of chemistries to allow food processors to comply with specific regulations, desired marketing claims, or downstream processing requirements. We offer a standard product line, but also customize defoamer formulations to suit specific processing conditions. Our full R&D and applications laboratory can test defoamer formulations using either the actual, customer supplied, foaming media or a simulated media and our applications chemists are available for onsite testing using portable defoaming test kits. All in an effort to choose the optimum defoamer formulation that reduces defoamer spend or increases production throughput.
