Many of our surfactants have direct and indirect food clearances appropriate for use in water treatment formulations. Our full service laboratory can design esters for your specific application and we have a range of reactor sizes including pilot to meet your supply requirements.
Glycerol Esters
Glycerol esters are derived from vegetable sources and function as co-emulsifiers that work in conjunction with higher HLB emulsifiers to help form stable emulsions upon use. These esters have some anticorrosive properties and can help solubilize other additives into formulations.

Sorbitan Esters
Sorbitan esters are low HLB surfactants derived from vegetable sources. Sorbitan esters function as co-emulsifiers and work particularly well with polysorbates to form stable emulsions.

Polysorbates
